Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
No charge for cancellations received four weeks before the first day of class.
Cancellations within the four weeks, 25% of the cost of the class is charged; within 3 weeks, 50% of the cost of the class is charged; within 2 weeks, 75% of the cost of the class is charged; within 1 week, 100% of the cost of the class is charged.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the class.
Names may be substituted at no additional charge. Please notify the Training Coordinator if the name of the class attendee changes.
Governor Control Systems reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class. A full refund and adequate notification will be provided to those already signed up.
