Factory Authorized Training

Factory-trained certified instructors offer practical and theoretical training, including live demos in a closed-loop environment. Our Woodward Training Program covers basic theory, operation, installation and practical hands-on skills. Software and specific application details are included. Attendees are eligible for CEU credits or Professional Development hours. After completion of a Woodward training course, participants will receive an official Woodward Training Certificate for the specific products covered. 

Classes are offered in English and Spanish in the GCS Fort Lauderdale Training Center, easily accessible from Fort Lauderdale and Miami Airports. Classroom literature, lunches and refreshments are included.

Minimum class size is 3 students; maximum 8 students. Accommodations and transportation are not included.

Our state-of-the-art training rooms are set up with Wi-Fi and multiple computer hookups, however, GCS does not supply individual laptops for students’ use. Please bring your own laptop and cable accessories to facilitate hands-on training.

With the approval of the IEEE, GCS is authorized by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to offer CEU credits.

Custom Classes

Custom classes are available for all our products at the GCS Training Center in Fort Lauderdale or on-site. Classes can be tailored to meet your specific application, control system requirements and preferred time frame. Choose from a selection of specialized classes from mechanical governors and actuators to upper level electronic controls.
