The Woodward 733 Digital Control manages and controls reciprocating engines (gas, diesel, or dual fuel) used in power generation, marine propulsion, locomotive and industrial engine, and process markets. The Woodward 733 has been specifically designed to enable it to be mounted directly on the engine, withstanding the high temperature and vibration environment. The Woodward 733 can also be mounted inside control cabinets if required. The Woodward 733 is available as a standalone speed control with functions and configuration similar to other Woodward digital controls such as Woodward 723 (including plug-and-play network connectivity to the Woodward ProAct™ Digital Actuator family for an all-electric governing solution that can be engine mounted), and it is available as the main control unit within an engine management system. The control is designed for network connectivity to other Woodward or customer-selected devices, such as I/O modules (remote or integrated within the Woodward 733 package), actuators, ignition controls, air/exhaust and fuel flow control valves, power management controls, and EFI solenoid drivers. It may be programmed to perform all engine functions such as speed, air and fuel control, monitoring, alarms, engine protection and sequencing. |

In-Pulse
The Woodward In-Pulse system has been developed to control a range of Woodward electrical low-pressure gas admission valves and electric-hydraulic high-pressure rail valves. These valves provide a means of injecting fuel or other fluids into engines operating within a speed range of 1 to 2100 rpm (range depends on the valve being driven). Plate type solenoid operated gas admission valves (SOGAVs) are suitable for in-manifold injection only, whereas the rail valve provides actuation of both in-cylinder and in-manifold type injection devices. |
|
In-Pulse II
The Woodward In-Pulse II fuel injection control manages and controls electronically fuel injected (EFI) reciprocating engines (gas, diesel, or dual fuel) used in power generation, marine propulsion, locomotive and industrial engine, and process markets. The Woodward In-Pulse II manages the core fuel system and injection events for many EFI fuel systems, including electronic unit injectors and pumps (EUI/EUP), common rail systems (C-R), SOGAV™ Solenoid Operated Gas Admission Valves, micro pilot injection systems, and electronic rail valves (ERV). The Woodward In-Pulse II can mount directly on the engine, withstanding the high temperature and vibration environment. The Woodward In-Pulse II can also be mounted inside nearby control cabinets if required. |

Atlas-II Control Platform
The Woodward Atlas-II control is an industrial platform that offers robust, low-cost control for a wide variety of turbine, engine, and compressor applications. This control is designed to integrate into the modern plant architecture through the use of Ethernet and fieldbus communication protocols. Four Ethernet ports and add-on fieldbus communication modules allow for the network flexibility and redundancy necessary for today's communication architectures. With a proven real-time operating system and dedicated inputs and outputs, the Woodward Atlas-II provides reliable and deterministic performance for key prime mover control functionality. Less critical control functionality can be added into the Woodward Atlas-II through the use of free-time programming structures and distributed I/O. The Woodward Atlas-II programmable control is designed specifically for prime mover control applications such as gas turbines, compressor control and protection,·gas and diesel engines, steam turbines, hydro turbines. |

SG 2D Digital Speed Governor
The Woodward SG 2D is designed as a universal digital speed governor for combustion engines. It is configured via a PC using a direct configuration cable (DPC) and a PC software tool. Tuning of the Woodward SG 2D can also be carried out with the control's pushbuttons and four-digit display. The Woodward SG 2D is designed to drive a variety of electric actuators such as solenoid style (rotary or linear) or a smart actuator via a PWM control signal. The Woodward SG 2D has adjustable overspeed protection, adjustable maximum fuel limit, and adjustable actuator droop. |

IKD 1 Digital I/O Expansion Board
The Woodward IKD 1 is an "Intelligent Terminal" or "Extension Board". It allows an additional 8 discrete inputs and 8 relay outputs to be connected, via CAN bus, to other Woodward products such as the Woodward GCP-30 Series controller. Each input can be assigned a name, alarm class, NO/NC configuration and time delay. The name and class are then displayed on the digital readout panel on the controller face. The Woodward IKD 1 output relays are controlled over the CAN bus connection from the main controller. Configuration for the Woodward IKD 1 is also accomplished from the main controller by a code entered via the controllers relay manager. |
