CS-2 Current Source Adapter

The CS-2 is a battery- operated current source adapter designed to test WOODWARD governors and actuators. Used in conjunction with a standard digital volt/amp meter (DVM), it provides up to 200 milliamps into a 35 ohm load and up to 425 milliamps into an 8 ohm load. The unit contacts a current regulator circuit for stable performance throughout battery life.

Controls: on/off switch, normal/off/center switch, 10-turn current adjustment potentiometer.

Connections: dual banana plug for connection to DMV; four color-coded mini alligator clips for actuator connections.

Power Source: Eight standard “AA” alkaline batteries.

Battery Life: Dependent on usage.
