723 PLUS and DSLC™/ MSLC Controls

Description
Learn about the programmable digital Woodward 723PLUS controls used with the DSLC™ and MSLC controls used in power generation applications. During the course you will learn about the theory, installation, programming, operation and maintenance of the DSLC, MSLC and 723PLUS digital control with the help of various models and simulators. Programming, monitoring, adjustment and troubleshooting of the controls will be demonstrated using Watch Window and Held-Hand Programmer. The control will be operated using a closed loop test set to simulate an engine.
Objectives The goal of this course is to provide a foundation in governor control and power generation theory as applicable to the DSLC, MSLC and 723PLUS digital control. At the conclusion of the training session, the student should be able to install, program, and operate the DSLC, MSLC and 723PLUS.
